Additionally, I spearheaded initiatives to transition mail-based enrollment campaigns to an online platform and achieved 90% data validation coverage of daily batch processes through automation. I oversaw daily operations for Morningstar Managed Accounts (Retirement Manager) for high-asset clients, managing processes like transaction posting, daily load, and advice QA. I also led the adoption and validation of a new wealth forecasting model and successfully managed the internal Morningstar 401k plan recordkeeper migration for all participants.

I'm focused on driving the adoption of Asana for planning, collaboration, intake, and goal alignment, while leading beta testing of AI-assisted tools to streamline knowledge base retrieval, workflows, and task management. I led the migration of on-premise applications and databases to AWS, significantly enhancing scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. I transitioned all operational development intake to JIRA Service Desk, reducing cycle time by 20% and improving reporting, transparency, and development capacity. As a Scrum Master for three squads, I guided our team in adopting a product-centric model, resulting in more effective project planning and execution.
