Ltd.) from December 2009 to till Date.• Handling three branches of the KGFS• Taking care of Mortgage loans, Individual loans and micro enterprises loan• Do Personal discussion with the customer over the needs and process the file within the defined TAT• Co-ordinate and responsible for Business and target achievement.• Deliberately taking care of the disbursement and rest of the loan process till the end moment of files• Reply over each query of risk and audit in all the three branches• Managing entire process of KGFS in their regional office located in Shrinagar (Garhwal).• Handling the client query and dealt with various customer request• Handling, a team of around 15 persons and each branch is having around 5 persons who are taking care of entire process and processing everything under my guidance.
