      I recently spent one month volunteering with Azizi Life, an NGO which partners with Rwandanartisans and invests back into the local community. I was part of the business team, tasked withpresenting a design plan for the new location which is currently under construction. We designedthe new space with the goal of making it profitable for Azizi Life, generating more income whichthey can put towards local projects. As one of the few Kinyarwanda speakers, I lead negotiationsand liaised with local businesses. The experience helped me improve my communication and theskills to collaborate within a team. Show less
