Implements skills and curriculum in the teaching kitchen to empower youth through free community nutrition programming. Currently writing youth curriculum to be offered in Spanish and English at partner sites around the country.

Co-authored monthly newsletter, connecting the Lafitte Corridor to the greater New Orleans community.
