Growing and developing the sales acumen of our TM's in Oklahoma and Central Kansas. Cultivating relationships with business owners and providing "World Class Customer Service" through value added services. Manage our hvac business and sales force for Twin Cities Ferguson Heating and Cooling. Was HVAC Manager for our Ferguson locations in Wichita, Kansas through Western Kansas. Also was a branch manager during this time in Wichita, Kansas. This location was our main HVAC store. Learned to manage many different people had our own counter and warehouse. Great experience! Was first HVAC outside salesman for Wichita, Kansas Ferguson Enterprises. Really enjoyed this position until becoming a Branch Manager for Ferguson Enterprises. Started with Ferguson Enterprises as a management trainee. Worked in the Warehouse, Counter, and Inside Sales Pit. During this management trainee process really learned a lot about plumbing and heating product knowledge.
