  Converting Sandhurst Town FC into a lavish state of the art stadium on behalf of Bracknell Town FC, with extended and modernised changing and clubhouse facilities, new stands, replanting the pitch and installing new pitch side fencing, relocation and installation of Bracknell Towns flood lighting, substantial infrastructure culminating with surrounding the pitch and amenities with new tarmac hardstanding.

  Completing Sector 4.31 at Poundbury, completing the extensive external architectural features to Duchy of Cornwall approval and bringing to completion six, four bedroom Georgian style townhouses and six apartments. I carried out maintenance work on other buildings as well as providing holiday cover on another phase at Poundbury. Worked with the newly appointed Technical Manager to close out numerous building regulation conditions on 4.31 and other sectors. Taking their project Saltash Place through to completion from first fixing, including overseeing the installation of extensive architectural stone and moving twelve families into their new homes.

  A fascinating and challenging project redeveloping the ground floor of an existing administration building. Commencing with a strip out of old offices and filing system, we employed 24/7 diamond drilling to cut out 135 meters of the floor slab to enable new drainage works, since then we have installed a complex series of stainless steel custom fabricated drainage channels for the new commercial kitchen. The biggest aspect of the project has been M&E, from shoehorning two large air handling units into the roof space to fitting ductwork and extensive cable containment into a kitchen area with barely sufficient volume to contain it. Every day brings a new challenge for myself and my contractors to find innovative solutions to keep us on track. I have been able to forge an excellent working relationship with the NHS Project Team as well as working alongside several other contractors also carrying out concurrent projects for the NHS, in a restricted area cooperation between all parties has been very important as our projects successful conclusion is dependent upon theirs. Working for Amiri has been a very positive experience, my Contracts Manager has shown immense faith in me by allowing me to run the project my way, along with our surveyor both are very positive, professional and supportive.
