  Team In Training (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) Multi-Sport Coach; Triathlon, Duathlon, Tough Mudder,

  Designed custom comprehensive 6 month training program for 18-45 person groups of various levels of athletes. Designed and presented Cycle, Run, Swim, Strength, Nutrition, Gear & Injury Prevention Clinics, Positive Mental Mind Set for the Athlete presentation. Custom training plans for each participant to exceed expectations and experience to complete a successful event. Organized all in-person training session, developed weekly training plans, planned monthly educational events, traveled with the team to their event; which included traveling to all parts of the U.S., on site for event to coach and support, facilitated follow up survey from each teammate to review success stories. Community Service: The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society - Teammate on 21 team endurance events, mentor, training captain, coach for over 17 years. Raised more than $65,000 since 2006 to fund life-saving blood cancer research and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Show less
