Esta alianza se forja con la misión y propósito de unir esfuerzos para la protección del patrimonio histórico y cultural del pueblo de Guayama.Nace por invitación del maestro, abogado, compueblano Christopher Enrique Santiago Montalvo que inspirado por la Sociedad Protectora del Patrimonio Mayagüezano, fundada el 19 de agosto de 2015 por el profesor, escritor e intelectual mayagüezano Alfredo Morales Nieves, a quien se le propone una asociación entre ciudades con el fin de integrar esfuerzos y conocimiento sobre la conservación y concientización de nuestro patrimonio como pueblo, aservo e historia colectiva.La Sociedad Protectora del Patrimonio Guayamés busca potenciar la preservación histórica de la ciudad y la memoria colectiva de nuestro pueblo Guayama.
