Assist Test Pack Coordinator with maintaining the overall test pack control sheet and tracking test pack handling progress. • Perform line checking based on the Test Pack scope for the readiness of hydrostatic or pneumatic test. Instruct lower-tier erection subcontractors of the punches found during the line checking to be cleared before the hydrostatic or pneumatic test.• Prepare punch list for the whole project based on line checking performed by all the other line checkers and piping supervisors.   Module Construction Manager

  With Owner BASF, assume the position of Module Construction Manager in charge of module fabrication for the New Steam Cracker Plant for BASF Integrated Site (Guangdong) Co. Ltd Project.• Set up the yard management team. Interview and select proper candidates for the team. • Review the project procedures related to HSE management, module construction and quality control. To make sure that the modules are constructed in reasonable sequence. • Supervise all disciplines of the module construction activities through the whole process from the steel first-cut to module load-out to make sure they are performed following the approved procedures, project requirements, applicable industry codes and standards.• Monitor the module construction progress against the level 4 schedule. Review and analyze weekly reports from EPC, identify the main concerns accordingly, like shortage of manpower/material/fabrication equipment, late engineering deliverables. Coordinate and expedite EPC to take appropriate and timely measures accordingly to mitigate the impact caused by the concerns, to make sure that the modules are delivered in a timely and safe manner to the project quality standard. • Make sure that there is no violation of the Safety/Health/Environmental requirements of the government and the project during the module construction. • Ensure that all the project personnel attend the HSE-related training relevant to the job. Monitor the construction HSE KPI report, including safe working hours, number of near misses (NM), field safety observations (FSO), lost time injury (LTI), fatal accident (FAT), first aid case (FA), property damage case (PD), etc, and to organize refresh training and adopt the correct precautions accordingly. • Act as a focal point between the module fabrication team and the site integration team. 收起
