  As a part of MRO team, I am responsible for handling and mitigation of Technical Variance raised against (for service run damages) Rolls-Royce Civil Large Aircraft Engines ( RB211-524/535 and Trent 500/700/800/900/1000/XWB) by providing one time or permanent repair solutions on behalf of Rolls Royce Plc to various engine overhaul facilities and airline operators across the globe.Work closely with other RR functions and customers (overhaul bases and component repair business units) to identify and implement new repair development and cost reduction projects.• Participate in scrap reviews activities and identify cost reduction projects which typically involve new product and repair development, existing repair limit extension and engine maintenance work-scope changes.• Establish working relationships with the repair and technology repair facilities in the region to identify opportunities for cost reduction, new repair processes and technologies.• Liaise with the customer (airlines/overhaul bases) to provide technical support on engine operation, maintenance and repair.• Develop technical documentation to support the engine programs and meet the design, regulatory (EASA) and urgent operational requirements.
