  Featured managed projects:- Creation and migration from base infrastructure software (SQL Server, Oracle, Windows Server platform migration (200x to 2016), Red Hat Linux platform, Db2 platform and other banking speacilized software and platforms (Corona, Swift...).- Workplace and satellite migration from Windows XP to Windows 10 CBB, including more than 60 apps, some of them required virtualization (docking) and others needed to be updated / tuned. Finding of providers, team coordination, test definition and boarding coordination to migrate without impacting on production scenario.- SharePoint server intranet migration from 2010 basis to 2016. Creation of a full active-active scenario project and supervision of both the infrastructure project from the actives migration without impacting on production scenario for our users.- Office 365 implementation and migration: Technical and functional analysis for the implementation of the first piece in the cloud infrastructure transformation. Supervision of both teams (provider / internal) and onboarding information creation.- Skype for Business Online: Technical and functional analysis for the implementation of a Skype for Business Online solution as a Unified Communicator for a Bank. It not only featured the "standard" functionalities from Skype (message, Meeting), also included a Voice IP integration with OnPrem Cisco phone system using Session border controllers. Coordination of three teams (Windows, Telcom and external provider), test planning and onboarding for users. deployment for massive use and supervision / maintenance of the resultant platform.- OneDrive for Business / SharePoint Online: Functional and technical analysis for the implementation of a OneDrive / SharePoint online service and migration from onprem scenario.
