My role as a digital designer involved:- developing engaging and functional e-learning courses with complementing visuals to enhance interactivity and engagement between the user and the product- brainstorming concepts for graphical user interface designs- adhering to Learning Seat methodologies, workflows and processes, whilst also collaborating with internal stakeholders to constantly improve these- collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during commencement of projects- creating engaging and valuable presentations during monthly multimedia and company's wrap meetingsClients I've worked with included:- Adidas- Asics- New Balance- Moonee Valley Racing Club- Boom Logistics - Grocon- Howard Florey Institute- Pittwater Council- Novo Rail AllianceProfessional development:- Designer for 2012 Learning Seat CLOG Awards night; responsible for organisation and production of animated presentation for the night. This project was made with Illustrator and After Effects, which involved avatar creations, storyboarding, vector illustration and animation (incorporated AE's puppet tool).- Mentoring; mentored a multimedia intern on project workflows and processes, Learning Seat methodologies and software skills.- Organised the World's Greatest Shave charity fundraiser at work on March 17 2012: created an engaging event by encouraging colleagues to donate and raise money for this fundraiser, and to be involved with it by either shaving their heads, wearing a wig or colouring their hair. With 4 people (including me and a colleague from interstate) shaving their heads and 10 people wearing wigs to work, the total money raised in 2 months was $4033.31, which was a great effort from everybody!
