    9 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Analytics (US and Europe regions) around key function of Sales operation – Incentive Compensation and reporting analytics; and has worked on many therapeutic areas such as CNS, Oncology, IM, Virology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Diabetes etc. Managed Incentive compensation projects for mid size (700) to large (2,500) pharma clients, right from discovery to setup, and then managing and tracking delivery, quality, changes and enhancements. Key streams worked in IC include: Sales Crediting, Eligibility & Payout calculations, Plan design, Plan performance analysis, Approval workflows, MBO rating, Field inquiry management, Issue and Change management. My current role involves interaction with client/onshore partners, understanding and implementing business requirements, project management, training and building internal capabilities and managing a team of nearly 10+ associates.
