I have a bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration and Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, where I learned the fundamentals of hospitality, marketing, and business operations. I also have a certification in Introduction to Marketing from Coursera, which enhanced my skills in market research, segmentation, and positioning.
