  While employed as a project manager for Beazer Homes Inc, I was directly in charge of 2 new residential communties throughout the north FL area. My duites included all management of field superintendents and their homes under construction. We were able to meet strict construction guidelines and time constraints. Under my supervision, over 300 homes were built in various subdivisions around Jacksonville.

We currently work in over 17 Florida counties and 4 Georgia counties. We are the #1 roofing contractor in Jacksonville, Florida in regards to volume. We are also the #1 purchaser of Owens Corning roofing materials in the Southeastern United States, and as of March 2014 we were promoted from Preferred Contractor status to Platinum Preferred status for Owens Corning. Out of the current 14,377 roofing companies in Florida, only 37 are Platinum Preferred with Owens Corning. North Florida Roofing is also the ONLY approved roofing contractor for Sears Home Improvement from Miami FL to Atlanta GA. We have met their strict certification process and do between 10 to 20 roofs a month for Sears. We are also approved for Wells Fargo 203k home improvement contracting, doing more than 5 roofs a month directly for Wells Fargo.
