We do opt for hefty gym memberships and trainers but still fail to utilize them due to above factors. With Areno we are planning to turn the tables by rewarding people for doing workouts by spending 5 mins on our platform. We are not changing the workout routines and habit of individuals rather focusing on supplementing the efforts with rewards and create a competitive environment through these workout challenges.
