Interface with the WCM central team worldwide, in order to continuously identify strategies / opportunities to be worked with the WCM method / tools and from there, define priorities and generate projects that promote financial return for the company. As a consequence, make the plant a reference in the correct application of WCM and occupy a prominent position worldwide;. Management of WCM activities in shopfloor (Internal Audits, Trainings, Gembas, Projects Verification, etc);. Monitoring of WCM results in shopfloor (Safety, Projects, Economics, Quality, Productivity, Service Level, Increase in People's Autonomy and Level of Competence);. Participation in Official WCM Audits, as Co-auditor, evaluating the level of WCM implementation in several plants of the group and suppliers (LATAM);. Monitoring / implementation of best global practices and, when necessary, benchmarking in many factories in Latin America and Europe, including: Pomigliano, Melfi and Cassino (Italy), Tychy (Poland), Tofas (Turkey), Córdoba (Argentina) and Betim, Contagem , Itaúna, Sete Lagoas, Campo Largo, Goiana, Recife and Sorocaba (Brazil). Exibir menos Perimeter: 10 production lines that converge to 3 final lines, with 14 different models + subassembly preparation lines.. Capacity: 815,000 vehicles / year.. About 2,400 employees, spread over 3 production shifts.. Routine: direct and constant contact with all employees (Leaders, Operators, Maintainers, Logistics, etc.), directing them to the need for long-term business sustainability, through the continuous search for results, sustaining the excellence of the production process (Manufacturing), with a primary focus on SQPC (Safety, Quality, Productivity and Costs), in short, compliance with the principles of WCM (World Class Manufacturing).. WCM: specific meetings with Pillar Leaders, Focused Gembas and Internal Audits.. Safety and Quality: behavioral changes in people, focusing on the constant search for stimuli that guarantee the necessary motivation to generate CULTURE within the factory (identification / elimination of Unsafe Behaviors and Conditions).. Productivity: reference in the application of Low Cost Automation (LCA) solutions, experience in the establishment, implementation and delivery of strategic plans, according to the global guidelines for growth, production, cost, quality and safety. Focus on analysis / action on the root causes of the Breaks and mainly, Downtimes.. New Models: experience in approaching and applying the concepts of integration at work (WPI) and in parallel, working with the EEM (Preventive Equipment Management) and EPM (Preventive Product Management) pillars.. People: engagement of all employees in order to generate autonomy and increase skills at all levels in the shop floor. Exibir menos
