  Assisted the Head Coach with all aspects of the NCAA Division III Program for the 2014/15 season with a focus on practice planning, video editing, scouting and individual guard development; resulting in retention of the conference's best FT% and improvement to second best 3FG% defense and rebounding defense while incorporating five freshmen into the rotation. Despite losing a conference high 102 games to injury, the team met its pre-season prediction. Additional responsibilities included growth and activation of the Athletic Alumni Chapter to cultivate a database in excess of 5,000 new contacts and showpiece events such as the Conference Volleyball Finals - which resulted in exceeding our target with over 1,000 fans in attendance while working with ESPN who broadcast the event live.
