  As part of the Brand Management & Multimedia Department, I was responsible for all administrative tasks also took an active role in various projects. ● I worked closely with the Production Manager to help manage requests received into the Brand inbox from other departments within the University. The requests ranged from new projects and design work to changes on the website. I attend weekly priority meetings with the Management team to ensure that all requests are effectively managed and added to the Brand team’s schedule for completion. ● I was part of the Web Project Group for the University’s new website. My responsibilities as part of this group were to ensure that all actions from the meetings are carried out and to help collate responses at each phase of the project to feed back to the design agency. ● I worked alongside the Production Manager to build a new Shareppoint site, ensuring that all relevant content was included, allowing everyone in the University to have access to the Brand Guidelines and branded templates.
