  My main tasks were to act as customer Single Point of Contact for all issues related to IN Solutions and Enablers being the first step of the Management Escalation procedure in case of emergency. I had regular meetings with different customer departments where mainly I had to check the customer satisfaction level regarding Ericsson Solution Support quality, projects execution, etc…. Another main task during my daily job was to act as interface for the Core3 team providing then with Pre-Sales Technical Support, Cost and Time estimations …during Pre-Analysis phase of project. Mostrar menos During this project I was working mainly as Test Configuration Manager in PDU at Stockholm. During that period, I was the responsible for the integration over TSP3.0 of all SW released by rest of PDUs (Canada, Sweden and The Netherlands). My main tasks were to coordinate and confirm to all PDUs that SW released was compatible and a new baseline could be generated and delivered to the real markets.
