Initiate request for pilot builds on builds with major impact.Review new product launches and coordinate DAF spec week changes to include model year change coordination.Participate in weekly meetings focused on upcoming build challenges.Document build issues and escalate as needed using FRACAS systems. Perform containment activities, pursue corrective action, and verify design completeness.Participate in Plant Continuous Improvement Activities to include satisfying lean methodology initiatives.Coordinate with ITD, OEM, and PTC to ensure that Engine programming applications in the plant are up to date.
