      Curriculum Designer & Instructor/Facilitator, Mindful Cooking Series, Summer 2021 Designed a six-week course to utilize mindfulness practices in the kitchen while also building awareness of sustainable foods. This course incorporates meditation, mindful cooking techniques, information on sustainable food systems and whole foods nutrition, and the art of gathering at the table to provide a supportive environment that nourishes mind, body, and soul.
