      The initiative in sustainable agri-food systems is a bet of relationship between the University, the company and the civil society that seeks to contribute to the transformation of the agricultural sector, the food industry and rural development through research and development.-Managed the presentation of consulting and research proposals for the transformation of the agricultural sector, the food industry and rural development in Colombia.- I managed the budget of the Agro Initiative and current projects (World Bank, FAO, USAID, etc.)- Coordination of the work flows of the Agro Initiative and current development projects.- I supervised the design and feeding of the website of the Initiative in agri-food systems- I performed the secretariat of the Advisory Council. Council made up of entrepreneurs from the agricultural sector and the food industry in Colombia.- Consolidated the Center's management indicators based on the strategic planning of the Vice-Rector's Office.- I led the design and change of image of the Initiative in agri-food systems to Centro ISA.- Main achievement: I built the project pipeline of the Sustainable Agrifood Systems Initiative. Document that shows the growth potential of the initiative. Thus, in September 2021, the Vice-Rector for Research and Creation officially granted the Agro Initiative the status of Center for Sustainable Agri-Food Systems (ISA Center) of the Universidad de los Andes.
