Show less Responsible for guaranteeing and ensuring, in compliance with corporate standards and technical agreements with customers, high-quality production of fabrics and yarns in the finishing and dyeing areas.Support the Product Development quality team in the process validation trial, optimize and constantly improve finished products’ inspections, spread a quality mindset within the plant-based on lean approach (PDCA problem-solving cycle also known as Deming Cycle, the 5 Whys, the 5 S, poka-yoke method) through quality tools (check sheet and stratification, control charts, Pareto analysis, SPC, G8D, FMEA, control plans, DMAIC cycle) by developing statistical analysis to identify commonalities and potential deviations for design/production issues.Within the Quality Control team, supervise qualitative aspects of the fabrics produced, provide accurate feedback to production in case of critical issues, focus on preventive quality issues and product quality improvement, support all activities and actions needed to provide diagnosis and corrective actions implemented, organize and manage specific meetings with the departments involved in the modifications, develop customized dashboard and analysis (Oracle BI, Minitab, Qlik Suite, ERP) to evaluate quality KPIs.   Intrapreneur - Winner LVMH Open Dare 2022

  From October 10th to 13th, 2022, Paris hosted the latest edition of Open DARE, which stands for Disrupt, Ask, Risk to be an Entrepreneur. This initiative was launched in 2017 by the LVMH Group with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship, accelerating innovation in the luxury industry, and providing its talents with the opportunity to bring their ideas to life.Among the three winning ideas of this year's edition was the Polyphème project, which focuses on automatically controlling colour uniformity in the textile industry. The project originated from the Advanced Quality team within the Loro Piana Textile Division. The Polipheme Project was selected from a pool of over 200 ideas submitted by 75+ LVMH Maisons. Show less
