      Activities and Societies: project presentation workshops attended histology classes and practicals attended I focused on cell culturing of breast cancer cells MCF-7 cells. my project was about investigate the relationship between blood platelets and MCF-7 breast cancer cells whether metastasis of the cancer is induced or not. application such as flow cytometry and scanning electron microscope were used to collect data.

My job was to process reports when a complaint of a certain product that did not function well was submitted, I investigated with the head office to investigate the matter and come up with a solution. Product recall is when s product is recalled back to the office and we stop selling due to the non functionality of the product, it might cause harm or death to the patient. My job was to investigate the matter communicate with the customer about the recall and compile a report. Working under quality assurance it was my responsibility to produce SOP for the company ensuring that it's up to date and employees get training on it in terms of the company's protocol and part of auditing.
