Tutored and worked one-on-one with students at an after school tutoring program for students from recent immigrant families living in a low-income housing community in Seattle. Organized and recruited volunteers for the program through online advertisements and in-person events.

  Worked as the Afterschool Coordinator for an afterschool program with 40+ students ages 10-15, organized curriculum for the afterschool program, coordinated volunteers, oversaw supervision of student goals, planned educational and social activities, and connected with parents and teachers to best serve student needs. Transitioned program to virtual tutoring during the peak of COVID-19 shutdown, utilized Zoom and home visits to meet student needs. Coordinated family check-ins and emergency assistance for student families. Additionally, served as coordinator of the Youth Night program planning and implementing social and educational evening programming for youth ages 12-19 two times a week.
