Show less Having completed my successful secondment at Beaconsfield I was asked to come across to David Lloyd Raynes Park to oversee the sports division and to support the new General Manager with implementing the new company vision, values and strategy. The club operates with over 9500 members and is the flagship club within the organisation. The Deputy General Manager role forms an important part of the member experience and plays a vital role in the club’s wellbeing and success. Our clubs are renowned for having a dynamic, engaging and fun culture so my role is to drive engagement through strong leadership and support of my teams and to deliver a world class experience for our members on every visit .
