As Chair, Mr. McGrath leads the regular business meetings and typically presides over the quasi-judicial hearings regarding the firing or suspension of a sworn member of CMPD or CFD. He is appreciative of having been voted onto the Board by the City Council and to have been voted Chair by his fellow members of the Board.
