  Manager of the Central Receiving operation for Lehigh University, logistics and distribution of all incoming mail, pallets and parcels, I receive and stage all packages including freight, hazardous materials for daily deliveries.Manage a team of couriers that deliver, sort and complete prescheduled daily tasks. Responsible for all the departments fleet vehicle, staff training including; Hazmat, CDL, Safety.Manage Universities warehouse operations, long and short term across multiple location on campus. Responsible for timely invoicing for space usage.Manage all eWaste recycling including white good as well as confidential shredding for all departments on campus.Manage all Surplus sales for the University from start to finish. Receiving of goods, value setting and posting to the auction website and managing all proceeds back to the departments.Generating of all reports for Sustainability for items being reused or recycled. Keeping track of incoming parcels daily to project and plan for busy times of the year to adjust staffing levels as needed.Currently working with the Covid response team and the Health Center by suppling PPE and Covid test kits to the University run testing sites daily. Also inventorying all PPE for the Campus and all distribution as requested by individual departments and staff. Show less
