      The position of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting Officer is a position created to coordinate the planning, monitoring and evaluation and reporting activities of IFRC operations, projects and programmes in the Niamey cluster countries as well as support to the Delegation's National Societies. This position is part of the Niamey Cluster Delegation, and is under the direct supervision of the Federation's Coordinator of Programmes and Operations. I am responsible for strengthening and managing the planning, monitoring and evaluation, accountability and reporting system for IFRC projects and programmes within the Niamey cluster, while ensuring coordination with the cluster's NS, the ICRC, participating National Societies and humanitarian actors in the four countries (Niamey, Niamey and Niamey).in the 4 countries (Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire). I ensure a high-qualityquality monitoring and evaluation system at each stage of the project cycle, supporting the IFRC's coordinating delegate for programmes and operations and the National Societies in the Cluster, in particular through capacity building and support for improved monitoring, evaluation, accountability and reporting.
