  From intern to senior associate, I have developed most of my professional career at MCOLEX law firm, always contributing to the efforts of the Intellectual property team.My main focus has been on transactional works, such as assisting our clients on audits, due diligence processes and preparation and negotiation of contracts in connection with domestic and cross-border commercial transactions involving the acquisition or licensing of intellectual property and technology.
