      smooth running of the Concierge Department. Manage and supervise Concierge staffs to perform daily tasks. Assist guests with all inquiries such as book tours & excursions, arrange car hires. Coordinates with Front office to execute efficient arrival and departure formalities. Coordinates with all hotel departments and outside parties for transport schedules and networking.
