  F&B Dir/GM for Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, Lighthouse Grill. Rebuilt, redesigned & retooled almost every aspect of this 120 seat upscale waterfront resort dining with full event/catering department. Emphasized on standards, P&P, customer service and food quality to drive it from a #32 TA ranked establishment to what Lighthouse Grill is today, a top ten TA ranked profitable establishment. Hardest but most rewarding job i have ever taken on. Outlet supervisor & P.T. main restaurant floor manager for this successful Key West resort. In this position i oversaw a large capacity full service pool bar. Helped raise revenue 30+% and guest satisfaction survey points. Working alongside the team and with upper management, helped create a cleaner, happier, motivated culture at that outlet before getting the tap to take on Lighthouse Grill.
