I conduct data-driven assessments across diverse industries, including automotive (Germany), construction and insurance (Colombia), and agriculture (Mexico), to study On-the-Job (OJT) training programs.I worked at the Harvard Kennedy School Growth Lab with Ricardo Hausman and a team of 15 people.
