This involved ensuring that training materials were up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with our strategic goals.Project Leadership: I successfully led a project to halve the duration of New Hire Training from eight weeks to four weeks, resulting in cost savings and an improved return on investment.Monitoring Progress and Coaching: I employed reporting tools, call listening, and feedback sessions to monitor the progress of approximately five new hire classes annually, each with up to 25 participants. This allowed me to pinpoint coaching opportunities and tailor support to individual needs.Special Training Assignments: I was selected to lead special training assignments for American Express Centurion Card specialists and partner sites for New Accounts.
