  In this position, I maintained production, quality and spoilage targets in a high-pressure environment, trained apprentice operators, recorded production and spoilage information, and maintained safety, data protection and housekeeping standards.Additionally, I worked in collaboration with the CTP department to change jobs so as to minimize costs and maintain high quality standards, run the 5 color Crabtree Gen 3 press with inline varnish on Milander 1200F Coater and performed routine maintenance on factory machinery to ensure efficiency and safety in the running of operations.One of the greatest achievements in this position, is the role I played in reducing spoilage and improving machine working capacity by giving ideas to the printing machine manufacturer.
