  Summer Intern (Sales and Trading)

  This was a unique 3 week long experience where a small group of selected cadets (studying economics) were able to visit and shadow members of JP Morgan Chase. Myself and one other cadet were selected for Sales and Trading. I spent 1 week shadowing the Mortgage Desk within SPG (Specialized Product Group). I spent 1 week shadowing in the Corporate Derivatives Division; shadowing Foreign Exchange (FX), Cross Assets, and Equity Derivatives. My last week was spent shadowing Oil Commodities, Metals and Agriculture. Overall, the experience provided me with a brief insight into corporate culture, the various career opportunities available, and an opportunity to network and connect with military veterans and West Point alumni that have successfully made the transition from military service to the corporate world.   Every Cadet Company selects two cadets to serve as their respective honor representatives on the West Point Honor Committee.

  Mar 2019 - now

  Brigade Plans Officer for the 18th Military Police Brigade. Planned, coordinated, and oversaw Brigade participation in 11 different missions and troop construction projects spanning 14 countries in Europe and Africa. Selected to lead the standup of the 809th Multi-Role Bridge Company. Integrated stakeholder management and worked closely with US Army Garrison Bavaria, IMCOM-E, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, US Army Europe and Africa Headquarters, and the Corps of Engineers to synchronize strategic planning efforts for the receipt of personnel, equipment, and facilities. Coordinated through the U.S. Army Tank and Automation Command (TACOM), Army Project Management Bridging, and the Heavy Tactical Division to work with Defense Contractors (Oshkosh and BIRDON) for the receipt and fielding of 95 pieces of new equipment for the Army. Show less Executive Officer for 814th Multi-Role Bridge Company (MRBC), the only permanently stationed forward deployed MRBC in the US Army responsible for providing maneuver support to the 2nd Infantry Division. Responsible for the overall maintenance, training, supply, resourcing, planning, logistics, and daily operations of the largest Engineer Company in the U.S. Army, consisting of over 200 Soldiers, over 150 vehicles, over 500 pieces of engineer equipment, and property valued in excess of $60 million dollars.
