      Integral-Gude has four main divisions in which they operate. These are program management, construction services, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure development. The areas that I worked in during my time with them were program management and infrastructure development.My responsibilities while working in the infrastructure development department were to assist the project manager in day to day tasks at the General Motors redevelopment project in Doraville, GA. I helped with contacting contractors during the bidding process, cash flow models and master scheduling. I also coordinated with the city of Doraville when they needed to get onto the site. My responsibilities while working with the program management division were to assist Atlanta Public Schools' logistics team for the summer. I helped coordinate with the moving company to remove old furniture and bring in new items. I also assisted with moving teacher contents to various rooms if the teacher was moving. Show less
