Describe patient preparation regarding metal implant surgery, aneurysm clips, pacemaker, and any other implant surgery history. • Prepare the equipment and contrast for the examination. Participate as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team in caring for the patient before, during and after magnetic resonance imaging using contrast media.• Apply appropriate care of patients on ventilator supports, under general anesthesia and Bone Marrow Transplant patient pediatric patient care while transferring these patients to MRI.• Apply correct protocol depends on the patient medical history, indication. • Perform MRI studies of Brain, Neck, Spine, abdomen, extremities, joints and special procedure like angiogram of Brain vessels, Neck vessels, upper and lower limbs, MRCP. Triple phase liver multiparametric prostate, Dynamic mammography whole body diffusion, functional MRI, DTI, CSF Flow, Perfusion (DCE) and ASL • Post processing in MR syngo.via,(Siemens Healthineers) filming and make CD.• Analyze the images and acquire addition images if necessary. • Disposal of contaminated material and ‘sharps’ correctly according to infection control protocol• Maintain records for the equipment checklist, Quality assurance reports. like contrast reaction, extravasation.• Maintain the logbook.
