      Activities and Societies: Rugby team (VC), Cricket team, Swimming team, Athletics team (C) Hockey, CCF (Navy section), Cross Country team and Prom Commity I studied for my GCSE's there as well as for my A-Levels.I was an ambassador for the school during open days.As a Rugby Scholar I helped during scholarship days.House responsibilities- As Vice House Captain and Sports Captain I had to organise the students for inter-house competitions, registration and for social events outside of school time. I also mentored new first year students to help them settle in.

      Managing the logistics and operations of two Districts within Nottinghamshire and consistently negotiating new packages to serve the client’s needs best. The scheme is now 3rd largest of its kind in the country with an increase of funding from £280k in April 2023 to £468k in April 2024. Key achievements and responsibilities include: • Negotiated new packages with 6 schools in the last 6 months, working closely with decision makers at all levels. • Delivered a range of training courses to 100+ schools across 2 different districts.• 100% first time pass record since starting in 2017 (NSIQ & RPL). • Built strong relationships with schools, police and the fire service to promote the Nottingham Road Safety Partnership to children and adults across Nottinghamshire. • Presented to large audiences of different ages and learning styles. • Assisted the Police Crime Investigation Unit to understand cyclists’ behaviour within collisions. • Headhunted to support the national Level 3 Working Group, updating the schemes practices to create a more efficient and safer delivery of training. • Train, mentor, and supervise new and existing frontline staff on site to ensure services are delivered in accordance with national standards to maintain a high-quality service.• Leading in practical CPD sessions to all Road Safety Trainers within the scheme. • Administration to record information accurately and keep clients informed. • Assisted in recruitment within the interview process. • Competent IT skills with the ability to help other colleagues with problems that arise before the need for IT, meaning the team can provide a more efficient service.
