      New Business Development Manager

      Contrary to most New Business Development titles, this position was in implementation and not sales. I traveled nationally to 6 different client sites to set up our new staffing offices and/or help rehabilitate offices that were having staffing or training issues. As part of the team, I performed various set up tasks for recruiting and hiring, creating procedures and operations, and acted as a temporary shift manager. When a permanent shift manager was hired, I trained them in the created procedures. After ensuring that the new office was established, staff was well trained and that client relationships were positive, I moved on to the next implementation. Show less
