  I'd rather describe the foundation at this time:IT Without Borders empowers under-served communities through capacity building ICT skills and information access. In each location we provide an eLearning library with computers for public use, and Internet access where available. We equip teachers to teach others to use computers not only for job skills but also for self-development, life skills, and leadership training. We encourage eLearning as a platform to overcome ignorance and cultural issues that lead to underage pregnancy, domestic violence, and a cycle of poverty. We teach the technical skills necessary to maintain the system, and work with local leaders to make each deployment sustainable.We believe that, no matter where you are or what you do, the ability to access and benefit from the Information Super Highway and the Internet of Things is everyone’s right in today’s connected digital age.
