  After having been trained in the field of sales and business concept, I was responsible for the identification of new business opportunities and maintenance of existing relations with the suppliers in the area of Hamburg. I was in continuous collaboration with the field buyer in Hamburg. My role was to identify valuable stocks, transfer the information to the buyer and arrange meetings for him at the premises of the client. I played a connective position between the supplier, field buyer and marketing department in France since I had to thoroughly prepare all information and documents regarding the proposed stock.   I participated in lauching a new task within the Product Safety Department - Website Audit - which is a safety mechanism in identifying recalled products missed by the upstream processes.My task as website auditor involves creativity, intuition, perseverance, adaptability and ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner so that to comply with Amazonian principle - customer safety first.I created and implemented a training program and delivered shadowing sessions for the new employees to help them learn and enhance relevant skills. Moreover, I contributed on writing the Standard Operating Procedure by providing an accurate and comprehensive description of the process and by incorporating constant feedback from managers and colleagues. Previous to website audit task, I was part of the Rule Writing Team and I used specific tools to create syntaxes that can identify in a large data base the non-compliant products, subject to recalls. My efforts were gathered around identifying patterns in large data sets on www.amazon.de.I also had additional daily tasks such as permanent monitoring of the work inflow and assigning tickets to the team members. I took part in implementation of new project and contributed to the pilot phase of these projects in order to provide data and observations.One of my favourite tasks is to assit new colleagues on their familiarization with the tasks.
