  Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the dedicated digital products of Scheidt & Bachmann along the customer journey• Participate in the definition of Scheidt & Bachmann digital strategy, maintain ongoing communication to gain buy-in and ensure alignment and evaluate new solutions and follow trends on the market• Advance the digital products roadmap and engage with relevant product teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk and compliance teams, etc. to build comprehensive yet practical roadmaps• Manage, plan and lead the dedicated staff incl. the development and improvement of the team competencies• Manage and coordinate new digital projects and corresponding project teams along the customer journey and online distribution channels.
