      Under Allen & Gledhill LLP, I entered and maintained key data on Microsoft Excel, and took the initiative to reorganise file cabinets for easier retrieval and use. This includes handling and recording cheques.In 3 months I managed to document, organise and help to improve the efficiency of the company by keying in 100+ stacks of data per day, thereby saving time for the company.I really appreciate my direct supervisor’s patient help and trust in me handling the cheques on my own.

      As a research assistant under Prof. XIE Huichao, I was trained to write reports communicating to parents on the developmental stage of their children, organise and handle data via Microsoft Excel and to administer ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE to children between the ages of 3 months to 2 years old.In 4 months, I manage to correct the filing system used with teammates, thereby increasing data accuracy by 80% while dealing with data from parental, teacher and researcher observation.
