      I was course and personal tutor for BTEC National in Creative Media Production at the college. This involved managing the staff and students on the course, and continually reviewing and developing the course, by implementing effective learning strategies and assessments; to ensure the qualification specification and standards were met. I also taught video production, media theory and stop-motion animation from levels 1-5. This required me to create and develop structured learning outcomes and assessments, including e-learning tools and resources for VLE, to monitor learner achievement and enabling learners to achieve their goals.
