      Delivery responsibilities for numerous projects impacting Visa Europe’s major processing platforms; Visa Europe Clearing and Settlements Service (VECCS) and Visa Europe Authorisation Service (VEAS). Project deliveries were conducted in-line with Visa’s governance methodology CoMET using Waterfall, Agile and Iterative delivery models. Projects were delivered with a mixture of internal & offshore resources, geographically distributed teams and 3rd party suppliers.Selected Achievements:• Leading role within the creation and implementation of the Fast Track Fee Change (FTFC) process. This process redefined the overall approach to project deliveries on the Visa Estate and was highlighted as one of the defining projects delivered in 2013. The FTFC process reduced the overall cost of Simple & Medium Fee change projects by 58% while reducing the lead times from 14 – 18 months to 1 – 3 months. After refining the process via several successful deliveries, selective elements and roles were successfully migrated offshore including Development, Testing and Business Analyst capabilities. • Led the technical delivery of the Visa Online - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) replacement. This involved integrating a Commercial off-the shelf (COTS) product called Tridion on to the Visa Estate.
