The branch closed in September 2017 and I was responsible for the risk and administration of the closure.When Bankside closed I worked at the Fenchurch Street Branch alongside another Branch Manager and we managed a team of 12 staff. This branch was in NatWest's largest region for contribution and the branch carried the highest objective across the Bank.
