  Maintenance Contracts manager

  The research and development site based in Monpellier (South France), one of the largest in France, with over 2500 medical equipment. Within Scientific Maintenance Planning Team, the goal was to lead a study on the maintenance contracts in order to optimize to way maintenance was being handeled.This involved:- Contract Analysis (based on AMDEC methodology) of current medical equipments (spectrometers, chromatography, etc.)- Costs analysis & optimization for 2008 Contracts.- Price proposals with Suppliers (i.e. GE Healthcare)- Contract’s technical content validation.We were able to show overmaintenance was costing 30% of the contracts volume. This methodology was retaken on other French sites of Sanofi Aventis to reduce maintenance costs. Show less
