  * Job Responsibilities- Organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures- Develop and maintain the Document Management System- Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support- Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards- (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving)- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis to ensure all documents compliance with regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality- Manages the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of documents with standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.- Conduct periodical archive counts and surveys, and cross match against database and physical inventory * Key Result Areas:- Continuous development and enhancement of Documentation and Archiving support- Increased performance of services provided to employees Show less
